Operations help for small businesses that can't hire it full-time.
I set up the systems that take scheduling, follow-ups and admin off your plate, built to keep running after I leave.
Book a free 30-minute callYou're answering emails at 10pm because no one else can.
Bids, invoices or follow-ups slip when you get busy.
Everything works, as long as you personally remember it.
I look at how work actually moves through your business, find where it gets stuck, and set up simple systems that handle it. Then I make sure your team can run them without me.
I built the operations system that runs a growing company's day-to-day: the scheduling, the follow-ups, the daily briefings. Now I do the same for small businesses.
How it works
A free 30-minute call
You tell me what's not working. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
A fixed project
A clear length and a clear end. You know the price and what you're getting before we start.
It keeps running
I hand it over with simple instructions. Ongoing monthly support is there if you want it, but you're never stuck needing me.
Two lines about what's going on is enough to start.
[email protected]I grew up helping run a small business.
I'm Jenna. I grew up in the Back Mountain, helping my mom run her company. I came to work with her, counting quarters and pitching in wherever she needed me.
I saw up close what it takes to run a small business when one person wears every hat and the whole operation lives in her head. That's the kind of business I work with now.
These days I build the behind-the-scenes systems that keep a growing company running: the scheduling, follow-ups and day-to-day admin that used to depend on someone remembering. I've seen how much time it frees up, and I want small business owners to get that time back too.
I'm not here to sell you software or hand you a binder of recommendations. I'll look at how your work actually gets done, fix what's slowing you down, and make sure it keeps running after I'm gone.
How I work
Start with what's actually bugging you.
Keep it simple. If your team won't use it, it doesn't count.
Talk like a normal person.
Build it, hand it over, and get out of your way.
I also work one-on-one with people going through a career change. It's a conversation, not a program. If that's you, write to me.
I help small businesses stop dropping balls.
Owner-run businesses where the owner is doing too much: construction and trades, property management, professional offices, salons and other service businesses. Most have under 50 people.
Scheduling and follow-ups
Jobs, appointments, client follow-ups and reminders, set up so nothing depends on someone's memory. The work that has to happen on time, and the first thing to slip when you get busy.
Paperwork and email
Invoices, contracts, vendor and subcontractor tracking, and the email that eats your evenings.
From first call to finished job
I map how work moves through your business: who does what, what gets handed off, and where things stall or get done twice. Then I fix the spots where it breaks.
What to tackle first
When everything feels urgent, I help you decide what to tackle first and what to drop.
It starts with a free 30-minute call to see whether there's a fit. From there, a fixed project with a clear end, so you know the price and what you're getting before we start. If it makes sense to keep going after that, ongoing monthly support is available.
I use modern tools, including AI where it actually saves time, but only what your team will really use. No big software rollouts, no jargon, nothing that falls apart the day I leave.
Pricing comes after our first call, once I know what you need.
Two lines about your business is enough to start.

Nothing to prepare. I'll ask what's going on, tell you honestly whether I can help, and we'll both find out whether it makes sense to work together.
To set one up, send me two lines: what your business does, and what's not working. There's no form to fill out.
Rather talk than email? Include your phone number and I'll call you.
